Developing our workforce
HH Construction is committed to training our workforce to a high level to meet industry standards. With this commitment, we have invested in employing our Accredited Instructor to gain a Nationally Recognised Accreditation and develop a bespoke internal training department to deliver this training to the workforce economically.
In 2023 we obtained our NPORS Training Provider accreditation and are now striving to gain accreditations with CITB, CPCS, City & Guilds, NOCN and Lantra.
We’re ensuring HH provides high-level training to all operatives in line with our Tier 1 Contractors requirements and National Standards.
This commitment also ensures that all operatives have qualifications showing their ability to work safely and efficiently as possible. All operatives will receive mandatory training in CSCS Cards, Asbestos Awareness, Abrasive Wheels training, Manual Handling and more. We also offer bespoke training plans for trade-specific areas, such as Groundworkers gaining Slinger Signaller and Plant Marshal and Machine Operatives who receive specialised Lifting Operations training.
Our in-house Accredited Instructor holds nearly two decades of experience within the industry and five years of training experience with NPORS. He is working meticulously with our workforce to meet the standards required for all our sites and Industry Standards.
